Great staff, quite friendly and useful particularly throughout the day shifts. For the value its a fantastic deal. The receptionist is awesome, is familiar with excellent locations to visit for travelers.

Excellent location, everything is close. Employees are tremendous welcoming and handy and talk excellent English. There are actually activities just about every night and it´s a great way to meet people nowadays. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was my bed for being a little squeaky but that’s quite insignificant. Good value for the money!

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel on the reception were there at every hours. The beds had been comfortable and the other guests had been usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Extremely nice hotel and excellent location. I Absolutely endorse this place!

Incredibly good and perfectly clean hotel. The placement is excellent, just what we needed. Beds were quite nice. There wasn’t a lot about the social environment but it really is good for a complete night relaxation. I loved my stay here enormously and will most likely book once again for my up coming stop by to Biarritz.
